    Office Space in Town joined forces with private equity firm, Forum Partners, to acquire 46 New Broad Street, near Liverpool Street, EC2 and executives from both companies are excited about the future of their purchase, which will be available to tenants from the 1st October 2012.

    New Investments in Central London

    Giles Fuchs, chief executive at Office Space in Town, says: "We have already had significant interest shown by prospective tenants for 46 New Broad Street and, with further substantial financial resources available, we are currently seeking new investments in central London locations with mainline rail and good interconnecting public transport links, with the aim of being fully invested by the end of 2012."

    Forum Partners, an established global real estate management firm, provided £30m of equity to establish London Serviced Offices with Giles and his dedicated team. This new partnership wasted no time in securing 46 New Broad Street, with a purchase price in the region of £7.25m.

    The property at 46, New Broad Street spans 35, 416 sqft and was previously owned by David Pearl's Structadene, which bought it in November, 2007 from IVG at a cost of £15.6m.
