  • New York, NY (1888PressRelease) July 31, 2017 - We Are Good Friends, a local event planning company based in NY is hosting its first ever charity bar crawl and befit concert. Taking place on August 19th, 2017 in the West Village of Manhattan, this event will benefit local NYC charities: Gift of Life Marrow Registry, Army Ranger Lead the Way Fund Inc., Muddy Paws Rescue, and Community Solutions.

    Whether its providing resources to our soldiers and veterans, helping to fight blood cancer through marrow donations, eliminating homelessness, or providing homes to animals at high-risk shelters. This is a fun, feel good event, that can make a HUGE impact to these organizations. *All organizations are 501 c-3 nonprofits*

    This event will feature four bars in the West Village all representing their own charity where participants can learn about the organization and donate directly to them. The event will end with a benefit concert at Highline ballroom featuring local bands: Doses & Mimosas, Secret Beaches, Bruno Sutter, with headliner Newborn.

    Tickets are being sold at wearegoodfriendsparty.com/philanthropy and are $25 for the crawl, $20 for the benefit, or $35 for both. 100% of event profits will be directly donated to these incredible organizations.
