Hill, partner in the firm's Litigation Group, was elected to join The Florida Bar, Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL) Committee. The UPL Committee is responsible for investigating complaints alleging that an individual is practicing law without a license. Final appointments for the UPL Committee are made by the Florida Supreme Court.
