  • (1888PressRelease) February 08, 2012 - New York, NY -- Kristin Zhivago, revenue coach and author of "Roadmap to Revenue: How to Sell the Way Your Customers Want to Buy," will be the keynote speaker at the first New York Technology Council CEO Roundtable, an invitation-only event held on February 21, 2012 from 6-9pm.

Kristin brings to the roundtable a wealth of knowledge on the customer buying process. Zhivago's interviews of thousands of her clients' customers, and her experience as a revenue coach, have convinced her that a company's current customers can reveal how to sell successfully to new customers, if you ask them the right questions at the right time, in the right way. It is possible to literally "reverse-engineer" successful completed sales to produce new sales in quantity.

"Customers are completely in control of the buying process now, because they can talk extensively to each other about your company, product, or service, before they read a word of your marketing copy or talk to a salesperson," Zhivago says. "If you're not in sync with their buying process, and a competitor is making it easy for them to buy, you are going to be left behind."

Revenue coach Kristin Zhivago is an expert at matching a company's selling and marketing efforts to the customer's buying process. She has perfected a works-every-time research and revenue growth methodology that uncovers the barriers to the sale-and identifies what is working and what is broken. She then uses her findings to guide managers in creating customer-centric companies, websites, products, and services.

Her articles and monthly columns have appeared in numerous trade and business journals since 1984. Her latest book is Roadmap to Revenue: How to Sell the Way Your Customers Want to Buy. She blogs at RevenueJournal.com. Kristin Zhivago can be contacted at Kristin ( @ ) Zhivago dot com or 401-423-2400 dot
