    Dr. Kory Pohlman
    Caeli Esser
    Judd Hawkins
    Mike Burch
    Mike Hill

    Each of the Kosama Program Board members are leading authorities in fitness; encompassing each core quality of knowledge, training and certification. This diverse group will focus in on the affairs and strategies of creating and maintaining the Kosama program.     Kosama Program Board member profiles:

    Pohlman, CEO and founder of Kosama, currently practices chiropractic medicine and has coordinated the rehabilitative programs of many collegiate and professional athletes.

    Esser has been a personal trainer and wellness professional for over seven years. Her passion has allotted her over 20 fitness certifications, and the accreditation of fitness director for several other organizations.

    Hawkins has a total of 10 years working in professional baseball as a strength and conditioning coach. Hawkins worked for the Oakland Athletics prior to becoming the new manager and co-owner of Kosama Tempe/Chandler.

    Burch was named head strength and conditioning coach at Drake University in 2006, a position he has held at other midwestern universities.

    Hill is currently the director of Sport Performance, and is affiliated with the Georgetown University Athletic Department.
