Valerie Concello, CCIM, LEED AP, a principal with the tenant brokerage firm Ronin Commercial Real Estate and a 20-year commercial real estate veteran is the chapter's president-elect. As president, Havens will be responsible for leading the chapter's board of directors in achieving the goals of the organization's long-term strategic plan, which includes expanding members' professional, leadership and personal success by participation in CREW-SF and CREW Network (more than 8,000 people nationwide); San Francisco commercial real estate companies achieving enhanced financial success through the greater involvement of women in their workforce and partnership with CREW-SF; and further developing the resources needed to achieve all of the chapter's goals and objectives.

Havens has been a member of CREW-SF for four years.
