    Event Synopsis:

With a seller’s market backdrop, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity is expected to be continuously substantial this 2018. However, because many of these M&A transactions are exposed to risks of environmental liabilities, managing M&A-related risks and conducting due diligence in a seller’s market often involve challenges. With this, companies must be strategic in designing and implementing their environmental due diligence efforts, in addition to careful and early consideration of relevant issues.
