Jan. 31: IOREBA Annual NYAC Dinner Slated

  • Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) January 07, 2011 - The Annual NYAC Dinner of the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area Inc. (IOREBA) is slated for Monday, Jan. 31, at the New York Athletic Club, 180 Central Park South. This year's event will be co-hosted by the New York and New Jersey Chapters of SIOR and the Metro Chapter of CCIM. IOREBA expects a large audience with 18,000 real estate executives in the New York Metro area invited to attend.

    The evening's program will include an overview of the national real estate economy, provided by current SIOR President David J. Zimmer, President of Zimmer Real Estate Services of Kansas City, MO. "As a long-time, respected real estate executive, David Zimmer is highly qualified to provide his national insight," said Sean Brady, President of IOREBA and Senior Director of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. "With the participation of our co-hosts, this event will also provide a unique networking opportunity for everyone."

    An IOREBA board meeting will take place from 4 to 5 p.m., with cocktails and networking from 5 to 6 p.m. Dinner and the program will follow from 6 to 8 p.m.
