  • Providence-Fall River-Warwick, RI-MA (1888PressRelease) June 21, 2013 - South Florida independent recording artist J Savvy has taken a new approach to hip hop music promotion this summer. In July The High-95 Tour will be on the road up and down the east coast in support of his "High On Life" album, which will be released at the end of the year. For those unfamiliar with J Savvy's music he is a rapper from the South known for his smooth and fun hip hop with a message. His shows are close and intimate and draw a varied crowd, many of his fans are there each performance resulting in a house-party style atmosphere characteristic of his brand "Southrageous".

    In an effort to expand his fanbase and get his music to new ears he set up a tour with the help of With Ease Entertainment to do shows in cities up and down the East Coast. This independently funded tour connects artists that he has collaborated with over the past years.

    J Savvy and The Casual Crooks will be kicking off the tour with a bang in Tallahassee at Atmosphere and giving away free beer to get the party started! Longtime partner in rhyme Grey, now located in DC will be the 2nd show of the tour and traveling along for the rest of the tour. The next stops are New Bedford, MA, Providence, RI, and South Carolina before ending with a hometown show in South Florida.
