  • (1888PressRelease) May 29, 2018 - The 6-month training program held in Bangalore includes Japanese language and domain-specific training with certificate on completion and internship in Japan for a period of 1 to 5 years.

    Domain training, on-the-job-training, and internships will be offered in the following sectors: agriculture, construction, food manufacturing, textiles, and others. Along with an attractive monthly stipend in Japan, accommodation, transportation, airline tickets, visa, and insurance will be provided by the Japanese partner company. On completion of the internship period, the candidate will return to India and resettlement assistance will be provided.

    Loans for the training fee can be arranged through financial institutions or banks. This will be deducted as EMIs from the stipend in Japan, for a period of 12-18 months (and not during the training period in India).

    Selection of the interns is based on qualifications and performance in the interview. The eligibility criteria is a pass in polytechnic or ITI. Mechanical - Automobile Repair & Maintenance, Care Worker, Tailoring, etc., is preferred but others are also considered.

    Sona Yukti is a skill development training organization which partners with the NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) to offer programs in association with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Sona Yukti has been empaneled as a Sending Organization for the TITP program in Bangalore.
