IE Discovery's BRIDGE program encourages its employees to support whatever charitable organization they wish by volunteering, and also provides a company-sponsored pool of money for various community needs. The pool is funded based upon the number of hours of community service performed, with $20 contributed for each hour (up to 12 hours per employee per year). Each employee may allocate half his or her annual BRIDGE funds to any charitable organization and the remainder is pooled and distributed at year-end by the BRIDGE committee. The program has resulted in 5,500 contributed hours and raised a total of $24,715 for 87 charitable organizations since its inception in 2008.

BRIDGE is a corporate volunteer program designed to encourage individuals to become involved in the community. The program's credo is: Breaking Down Barriers, Respecting Others, Investing Our Resources, Dedication to the Community, Giving Ourselves, and Everyone Makes a Difference.
