  • (1888PressRelease) September 21, 2011 - Hollywood, CA - Atomic Lawn Entertainment is proud to announce the premiere of Icon News starring, former Emmy nominated ADHDtv star, Lew Marklin with red carpet reporter Sheri Nadel, who is known for her red carpet reporting on the annual Ocar, Emmy and Grammy awards shows.

Between Marklin and Nadel, the two bring you Hollywood's biggest stars, in studio, on red carpets and on the street. The show will air first on Dish Network and TUFF TV, November 1, 2011, with other networks following shortly thereafter.

Atomic Lawn Entertainment has released promos on You Tube that include interviews and footage of today's biggest stars including Adam Lambert, Lady GaGa, Katy Perry, Russell Brand, Eric Roberts, Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, Sam Sparro, Ross Mathews, Kaya Jones, Jesse Brune, Tila Tequila, Justin Bieber, Christina DeRosa, Lil J, Zach Callister, Rick Mora, Cassandra Hepburn, Georgia Van Cuylenburg, Laci Kay, Erin Murphy, Phillip Sheppard, Jillian Clare, Rochelle Vallese, Nelson Grande, Mathew Scott Montgomery, Romi Dames, Melissa Farman and many many more stars and celebrities of today, yesterday and tomorrow.

Icon News is a positive TV show that focuses on how the celebrities have overcome personal obstacles to achieve their goals and the humanitarian causes that they are passionate about. The plan is to change the world, for the better, one viewer at a time. Icon News will reach an estimated 100 million US homes and countless viewers around the world via the worldwide web. The show has also released several new apps to the Android market that viewers can download for free, to keep informed about the show.

"We just don't hear enough positive news about our celebrated Icons and stars of today. We begin to get the impression that celebrities are these crazy party animals drunk in a gutter outside a Hollywood club yelling at paparazzi, having wardrobe malfunctions for attention and not the hard working, positive people that they are. It's good to hear the other side of the story and that is what we set out to do. It's easy to criticize and ridicule celebrities for an hour, but it takes work to listen and try to understand." Says show host Lew Marklin, who works with many charitable organizations including ONE.org, Make a Wish Foundation and now sits on the board of CME (Conscious Music Entertainment) with several note worthy Hollywood names, who intend to hold Hollywood accountable for the music lyrics that are given to kids.

"Marklin has come a long way from his controversial days on ADHDtv, when he was criticized for dating the show's cast members on set, partying with Khloe Kardashian, rap stars and LA Lakers players. He seems very focused and passionate about humanitarian causes, that have been a real driving force." Says Icon News line producer Angela Holladay who worked on ADHDtv and That's Funny!, with Lew Marklin, in the past.

While Icon News is currently due to air in the US, the international is underway, with 3 new commercials filmed in England, designed to draw in the UK viewers, for future talks with British networks to be named later. Though talks with NBC have been mentioned, neither Atomic Lawn Entertainment nor Tsunami Worldwide Media, who represent the show, have any official statement in regards to those discussions, but that they are not ruling out all possibilities if it is in the best interest of the show and the show's mission.
