  • Philadelphia, PA-NJ (1888PressRelease) December 01, 2017 - StayWell, a national health solutions company, has leased 17,500 square feet at 800 Township Line Road in Yardley and moved its headquarters locally within the Lower Makefield Corporate Center. Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield orchestrated the long-term lease as StayWell’s exclusive tenant representative.

“This strategic move reinforces StayWell’s commitment to the Yardley area, and enables the creation of an integrated, culture-centric workplace that will help this evolving firm recruit and retain top talent,” noted Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Elfand, based in Iselin, NJ, who represents the company with Ben Brenner. Gina Brennan and John Shelly from Cushman & Wakefield’s Conshohocken, Pa., office also assisted in the 800 Township Line Road lease.

StayWell is majority-owned by Healthcare Services & Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Merck & Co., Inc. The company works across the health care industry to design solutions for improving individual and organizational health outcomes, managing the health of targeted populations, and creating brand engagement for employers and health care organizations.

The 800 Township Line Road location houses team members from StayWell’s executive, administrative, sales and core support teams. According to Brenner, the firm explored multiple relocation options; 800 Township Line Road provided the best fit. “This property’s flexible layout enables the build-out of a collaborative work environment featuring open spaces, and a modern look and feel,” he said. “Ultimately, StayWell will gain operational efficiency in a location that provides continued access to the region’s highly skilled professional workforce.”

“Collaboration is one of StayWell’s core values, and our physical work space should reinforce that spirit,” said Nicole Latimer, CEO of StayWell. “We’re pleased to continue operating in Yardley, in a more flexible and tech-forward space that will inspire our best thinking. This new work environment will support our mission to help people live happier, healthier lives, while fostering collaboration, creativity, and productivity among our team.”

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Barker and Kim Finnerty, based in Conshohocken, represented the landlord in the 800 Township Line Road lease.
