Miller Sports will be managed by Ted Davenport. Ted is a former professional big mountain skier, who now manages Miller Sports in Aspen Colorado. In between traveling the world competing on the Freeride World Tour and filming ski movies, Ted worked in the ski retail industry at a very successful shop in Aspen. Ted is now making a career in ski retail, coming on board to manage Miller Sports.

Ted's still skiing as much as possible, a sports he's been doing since age 3. Born in the east coast he grew up skiing in New Hampshire, honing his skills on the icy slopes of the white mountains. Having lived in Aspen for 10 years Ted has made Aspen his home, along with his wife and new baby. Aspen is one of the most special places on earth. With 4 different ski areas to ride everyday there is literally a never ending supply of new and different terrain. Covered with famous light Colorado powder Aspen is truly a destination resort for the outdoor sports-person.

Ted's love and knowledge of skiing is one of his best assets. Being able to test the multitude of equipment and then accurately describe that to the consumer is a big plus for a ski retail manager. Ted's favorite ski is the Blizzard Peacemaker, an all mountain wood-core ski, 104mm in the waist, and perfect for ripping Aspen Mountain in all conditions. When it comes to soft goods Miller Sports has the very best in European skiwear. Ted is excited about this years ski wear lines from Toni Sailer and JCDC both at the forefront of function and fashion.
