  • New York, NY (1888PressRelease) August 31, 2012 - The Gulf Cooperation Council tourism consultant, Al Sayed El Aasy, said that he is quite optimistic towards the future of tourism in Egypt after Doctor Mohamed Morsi was elected as a president lately.

El Aasy added that the primary indicators show that the Arabian tourism will increase after Morsi won the last presidential elections that was held in Egypt last month.

He also noted that the declaration of the new Egyptian president, Mohamed Morsi concerning his support to tourism and his pledge that the sense of security and safety will return very quickly to the streets of Egypt will encourage tourists to come back to Egypt to visit cities like Cairo, Hurghada, and Sharm El Sheikh in the coming period.

With regaining the security of the Egyptian streets, the tourism business in Egypt will flourish once again after a long period of Recession and a large number of Egyptians will go back to their work as there are around three million Egyptians who work in tourism representing around 13% of the whole work force in Egypt.
