    Grammy® nominee Melanie Fiona has joined forces with "A New Way Of Life Reentry Project" for a special concert on Saturday, December 10th. The performance will take place at The Savoy Entertainment to help the grassroots, non-profit organization in South Central Los Angeles, headed by Susan Burton, recipient of the CNN Heroes award in 2010. Melanie urges attendees to support this amazing cause by donating gifts to be collected at the concert for the A New Way Of Life Reentry Project Gift Drive. A New Way Of Life Reentry Project is an organization to help women and girls break the cycle of entrapment in the criminal justice system and lead healthy and satisfying live.

    Melanie's performance at the A New Way Of Life Reentry Project event comes on the heels of her 2 Grammy nominations for her smash with Cee-Lo Green "Fool For You". The song was nominated for Best R&B Song and Best Traditional R&B Performance. This brings Melanie's total Grammy nominations to 4 as she was nominated for her collaboration with John Legend, The Roots and Common on "Wake Up Everybody" and for her #1 Billboard R&B single "It Kills Me", off her debut album The Bridge.

    With her new single "4AM", off her highly anticipated sophomore album, The MF Life, climbing the charts, Melanie is poised for an early 2012 release on Title 9/SRC/Universal Republic.
