The three new facilities—set to launch in Peru, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates—will significantly enhance Vertex’s operational capabilities in South America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, three key regions experiencing strong growth in mining and construction activities.

Each location was selected based on comprehensive market analysis, proximity to major mining hubs, and established client presence.
Peru continues to be a top Latin American mining destination, with rising demand for mobile and high-capacity crushing solutions.
Malaysia serves as a logistics and industrial hub in Southeast Asia, providing Vertex with improved access across ASEAN markets.
The UAE, a gateway to Africa and the Middle East, supports large-scale infrastructure and quarrying projects.
Integrated Support for Greater Customer Value
The overseas warehouses will maintain a full stock of core wear parts, fast-moving components, and selected complete machines, enabling rapid dispatch within 24 to 48 hours. Service centers will be staffed by local engineers trained directly by Vertex, offering preventive maintenance, emergency repair, on-site inspections, and remote diagnostic capabilities.
Vertex also plans to integrate cloud-based equipment monitoring systems into the service centers, providing customers with real-time insights into machine health, productivity, and maintenance schedules.
