  • (1888PressRelease) November 24, 2011 - SABA is proud to announce the launch of the 2011 SABA online Christmas Gift Guide and its Christmas initiative, in conjunction with Inala, a Rudolf Steiner organisation supporting individuals with disabilities.

This Christmas, in the spirit of giving, SABA will donate $5 for every $50 spent on gift cards to support the wonderful work of this organisation, www.saba.com.au/giftcardinfo.

Inala, founded in 1958, provides a range of services to support each person to develop skills, participate in the community and to live as independently as possible. Inala supports 180 individuals across Sydney in day programs, residential services and supported employment.

SABA General Manager, Inger Adamson, said, "At a time of the year when we are encouraged to think about others, we are delighted to be working with Inala in a collaboration that will make a significant difference in the lives of people who have so much to offer to the community."

The SABA Gift Card campaign and the 2011 SABA online Christmas Gift Guide will launch on Wednesday, 23rd November in-store and online, www.saba.com.au/giftguide, with the Gift Card campaign running until the end of December 2011. SABA looks forward to bringing some Christmas cheer to this important, community-minded organisation.

Inala's Community Relations Manager, Lynn Varvel, said, "the money raised will go towards the ongoing development of our creative arts and hand craft programs for Inala Day Services. Materials alone cost us approx $45,000 per year."

And the giving doesn't stop there. As a gift to SABA loyal customers, during the first two weeks of the Gift Guide promotional period, VIPs will enjoy a 25% off on online and in-store purchases.
Our VIP customers will also have the chance to win a VIP Summer Holiday to Vanuatu via SABA facebook 'like' promotion. www.saba.com.au
