Global electronics components distributor Future Electronics announces it is now stocking Panasonic's SON Series, the smallest solid state relay package available.

Petsche continued, "The SON type is a new PhotoMOS relay with approximately 43% the volume ratio of existing SSOP type. The super miniature leadless construction reduces the mounting area and enables high density mounting. It offers lower output capacitance and high speed switching. Typical applications include testing equipment, such as IC testers, semiconductor performance testers, probe cards, bare board testers, in-circuit testers, and function testers."
