Sofia studio Where2Go LTD has updated Hearthbound, a free shared-world life game for Android and PC, with real-time fights, hunting and loot in the caves below its village. End Quote

(1888PressRelease) October 21, 2026 - SOFIA, Bulgaria - Where2Go LTD, a small independent studio in Sofia, has released a new update for Hearthbound, its free online village game for Android phones and Windows PCs. The update turns the caves beneath the village into a place for real-time fights, so players can now switch between quiet farm days and short adventures without leaving the shared world.

In the caves, players use abilities such as Heroic Strike, Cleave and Second Wind, land critical hits, dodge attacks and face animated trolls, goblin archers and a troll king. Wild beasts can also be hunted with rifles for loot that can later be sold or traded at the village market.

Above ground, Hearthbound stays a cozy life game. Each player claims a plot, builds a timber cottage, plants and waters a kitchen garden and looks after cows, sheep and chickens for milk, wool and eggs. Horses can be ridden and jumped through the square, the market street and the country lanes. Mira, the village guide, hands out a few small daily goals with rewards, and players chat by text or push-to-talk voice, send gifts by mail and trade with each other.

Android and Windows players meet in one shared world. The game is designed for modest hardware, from mid-range phones to PCs with integrated graphics, and updates install automatically. Hearthbound is free to play without ads and is rated PEGI 7.

Hearthbound can be downloaded for Android (APK) and Windows from https://hearthbound.eu/en/download/. Screenshots, logo and fact sheet are available in the press kit at https://hearthbound.eu/en/press/.
