  • (1888PressRelease) February 17, 2012 - "Drug-Free is the way to be" has been a catch phrase of the Foundation for a Drug-Free World for many years, calling all youth and adults alike to promise to live a life free of drugs and substance abuse, thereby setting a good example for all. The organization will now be able to reach out further and spread its message wider with a brand new grassroots website: drugfreesouth.org.

"We created this website to give people an easy way to find us," says Rev. Brian Fesler who coordinates the Foundation's Nashville chapter. "This will give people a way to order materials, schedule our speakers for 'Truth About Drugs' seminars and learn about our past events."

The Truth About Drugs seminars are delivered by Anne and Marc Vallieres of Woodbury, TN. They have reached thousands of school children with their drug-free message and have visited over fifteen counties in the last year alone, including Rutherford, Davidson and Wilson Counties.

"This new site will really help in educating teachers and students about the work we do," says Marc Vallieres. "They can now click on their own or a neighboring county and see where we have been and what we have done."

"We welcome anyone to view the website and contact us if they would like a seminar, materials or anything that would help promote a drug-free life," concludes Fesler.
