  • Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) August 07, 2014 - First Watch, the nation's leading Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch concept, opened its fifth Atlanta-area restaurant in Alpharetta today with a sixth on the way in just a few months in Kennesaw. The Alpharetta restaurant is located in the new Twin Oaks Shopping Center at 3450 Old Milton Parkway on the northeast corner of Old Milton Parkway and North Point Parkway. The 3,550-square-foot restaurant features a comfortable atmosphere with casual décor and employs 25 people.

Yesterday, the new restaurant in Alpharetta hosted 250 guests during a pre-opening fundraising event to benefit Share Our Strength's "No Kid Hungry" campaign. Guests enjoyed a special menu of First Watch favorites, including the award-winning Pesto Chicken Quinoa Power Bowl, Floridian French Toast, Siesta Key Cocktail, Tri-Athlete Omelet and more. The event raised more than $3,000 to help end childhood hunger in America.

"The metro Atlanta area has proven to be a mainstay for us," said Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. "We're happy here, and I think it shows with our service and customer appreciation every day. The response in Atlanta has continued to be very positive, and we expect the Alpharetta restaurant will attract both first-time and loyal First Watch guests."

Taking freshness to heart, First Watch offers 100% fresh-squeezed Orange Juice, house-made granola and salsa, house-roasted vegetables and looks to source produce locally whenever possible. In addition to serving fresh, delicious entrées, First Watch offers its exclusive Sunrise Select® Premium Blend Coffee. The special blend is made from slow-roasted, hand-selected, high-grown coffee beans from mountains across North, Central and South America.

First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers guests complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
