    Dubai SME100 awards promising small and medium enterprises from a range of industries, on the path to becoming more sustainable and eventually grow into larger internationally-oriented companies. In its third cycle, Dubai SME100 recognizes Dubai's top small and medium enterprises with their growth performance, innovation, human capital development, international orientation and corporate governance, bringing out the best practices for the small and medium-sized sector.

In terms of job generation, 2013's top 100 hired more than 7,000 employees, exceeding the productivity per week rate of AED 636,000, a 22% increase from 2011.
