  • (1888PressRelease) February 07, 2014 - Newport Pagnell, Bucks, UK - Carval is also supplying Employee Self-Service capabilities. The new HR software will streamline operations, replacing a manual paper-based system, saving time and providing a better service to employees and the business.

Gerran McCrea, Development Manager at MVV Environment, said; We looked at a number of systems and chose Carval for its clarity and simplicity of use. It has a lot of excellent features, such as dashboard display. It does everything we wanted without over complicating matters.

HR Unity will be used by MVV Environment's UK HR Manager to automate the HR function at both UK sites. It will improve HR administration and training records, and will provide Self-Service options to both staff and managers, which is seen as a major benefit for the company. Amongst other advantages, the UK HR Manager will now be able to view attendance and sickness records, and easily identify any trends that need addressing.

John Ovington, Sales and Support Director at Carval Computing said; Setting up administration systems, such as HR and payroll early on ensures that the company is set to grow smoothly with staff supported and compliance issues addressed. With the Carval HR Unity software growing organisations like MVV Environment are able to add extra modules as they are required, ensuring that the system continues to support the organisation as it expands.
