  • (1888PressRelease) June 30, 2018 - Talent Tech Labs announced the release of the seventh edition of their Talent Acquisition (TA) Ecosystem, a four-stage, classification resource for TA technology. The expanded Ecosystem 7 aligns with changes affected by big data, analytics and artificial intelligence. The newest version includes one new vertical – Peer to Peer Recruitment – and five new sub-verticals - Programmatic Advertising, Shared Talent Network, Bots, Brand Creation and Brand Management. Peer to Peer Recruitment contains two sub-verticals – Referral Tools and Shared Talent Network.

“A lot has changed in the TA tech space since the release of Ecosystem 6 in June 2017. The TTL team works diligently to stay on top of the evolving landscape so we can be a true guide to those in need of navigating market shifts. Ecosystem 7 includes interesting developments and welcomes new verticals and sub-verticals to better organize the innovation happening in Talent Acquisition so those building, working and investing in it can continue to thrive without becoming lost in the noise.” said Jonathan Kestenbaum, Managing Director at Talent Tech Labs.

Shifts were made to the existing stages in order to accommodate the changes we’ve evaluated in the market. One major shift was made to the former sub-vertical, Job Marketing & Distribution. Although it is full of well-established companies, its sophistication and recent evolution called for a split. Job Marketing & Disruption was split into two new sub-verticals, Job Distribution and Programmatic Advertising. Various sub-verticals were welcomed into Ecosystem 7, including the alluring Bots within the Engage Stage.

“The need for employers to find the right people and keep them engaged in the hiring process is greater than ever. Ecosystem 7 showcases the greatest disruptors to the TA technology marketplace including Bots to screen, engage and update candidates and Shared Talent Networks, the newest ways for companies to leverage one another’s talent pool,” said Brian Delle Donne, President at Talent Tech Labs.
