Eagle Summit Corporation Announces Appointment of New Director

- (1888PressRelease) February 25, 2011 - Eagle Summit Corporation announced today that Dr. Shigeru Abe has joined ESC's Board of Directors.
Dr. Abe graduated from Tokyo University where he majored in commerce and management. He has supported portfolio companies with hands-on IPO and investment development to venture companies. Dr. Abe assisted 30 companies form IPOs for 16 years.
In 1998, he developed a venture capital organization from scratch and was in charge of recruiting, team formation, a fund plan and operation management system. As Chief Investment Officer of investment committee, he was responsible for overall investment development. Dr. Abe operated and managed total fund of 4.2 billion yen in a limited partnership method. At the same time, he invested in 22 venture companies, many of which were in the early stage.
He is currently a Director of a number of companies involved and is retained as an adviser by several Tokyo based investment organizations.
