  • (1888PressRelease) February 12, 2010 - This Valentine's Day around 50,000 people will get engaged. Virtually every single one of them will vow to lose weight and get in shape for their wedding. Yet how many actually achieve this?

With 69% of UK weddings taking place between April and September, this means a lot of people starting diets and joining the gym right now.

Dynamo Boxing Training Limited, a personal training and boxing gym in South Croydon, trains many brides and grooms to achieve their fitness goals. With demand for this service growing, Dynamo has now launched a tailored programme for couples getting ready for their wedding.

The programme for the bride and groom combines a bespoke fitness training programme, nutrition advice and an eating plan, plus a fitness camp shortly before the wedding to really hone their body and, in the summer, top up their tan before the big day.

Dynamo owner Martin Dilworth designs the bespoke programme and his approach of building varied and interesting fitness programmes keeps his clients engaged and driven to succeed. He uses many disciplines including boxing and military style training, skills he learned from his days in the Parachute Regiment and Royal Navy. ,

Martin drives his client hard to get results. He comments:

"I already train loads of people to become stronger, fitter, slimmer; in fact I train more women than men. But a wedding brings a focus to their target that few other events do. The Wedding Fitness Plan gives them the edge they need, so they do look and feel great on the day."

Probably the most unique part of the Wedding Fitness Plan, is the Wedding Fitness Camp in Florida or France, where brides and grooms put the finishing touches to their new-look body - plenty of training, healthy food, beauty treatments and a great tan. What perfect preparation for the big day. Couples can take their wedding party with them or go on their own to get some time away from all the preparations.

The Wedding Fitness Camp is open to couples from all over the UK

Nina Sullivan says of her experience:

"I needed to get fit and toned in time for my wedding but didn't want to go down the conventional 'gym' route as I have already done that and it did not work. I decided to try personal training with Dynamo Boxing and was very pleased with the results. I loved the fact that I didn't have to think about my training sessions it was all prepared for me and each session was always different. I loved every single minute of it!"

The Wedding Fitness Plan guarantees success. Anyone who follows the programme but doesn't get fitter will get all their money back.
