Dunes' Back Bay Bistro Jazzes Up For One-night-only Supper Club

The supper show will feature various food stations positioned on the courtyard serving antipasti, farm-to-table salads, carved turkey & beef, sliders, shrimp scampi, herb ravioli and holiday desserts. Cost is $30 per person including dinner and $20 for show-only tickets ($10 for children under 12 and students).

    Dresser, who was recently honored with the prestigious Duke Foundation Impact Award, will perform a program of world-premiere pieces. He will be joined by a stellar bicoastal band including Marty Ehrlich on reeds, Nicole Mitchell on flute, Michael Dessen on trombone, David Morales-Boroff on violin, Joshua White on piano and Kjell Nordeson on drums.

    In addition to his live performances, Dresser has performed on more than 150 albums, 30 of them as the featured performer. Among the greats with whom he has collaborated are Anthony Braxton, John Zorn, George Lewis, Diamanda Galas and Wilco guitarist Nels Cline.
