  • (1888PressRelease) September 01, 2011 - Dolomite, a world leader in the design and manufacture of microfluidic devices, has launched the Circular In-line Interface to provide inline sealing and highly accurate alignment of up to eight high pressure fluid channels. As the latest addition to Dolomite's Multiflux™ connector range, the Circular In-line Interface facilitates a link between two bundles of tubing and enables a reliable and leak-free connection to be made in seconds without disruptions to the fluid flow.

Quick and easy to connect and disconnect, this innovative microfluidic Interface operates over a wide temperature range (-15°C to 150°C) and pressure range (up to 20bar) and offers excellent chemical compatibility allowing a broad range of solvents and chemicals to be used.

Designed for use with two Multiflux™ Circular Connectors, the low dead volume of the In-line Interface minimizes the risk of mixing between sequential fluid samples, benefiting a broad range of applications including multi-phase flow and sample injection systems.
