The 2011 Dog and Owner Olympics will feature pet-related services from AAS Von Tente Kennels Inc., demonstrations from area dog trainings clubs, like the German Shepherd Schutzhund Club of SW- Florida Inc. and the Fort Myers Calusa Dog Agility Club.
The Dog and Owner Olympics 2011 for a Cause, is an event in which $5 from all entry proceeds are donated to: PROJECT K.I.T.T. " K-9"s Involved in Targeting Terrorism" Which, through donations, will send needed equipment and supplies to Military Working Dog (MWD) handlers who are stationed in Afghanistan, Iraq, and others of the world in the war on terrorism.
