Dion Hyland Named Director of Sales for Encelium Technologies

A resident of the Sacramento area, Hyland is a 24-year electrical industry veteran who possesses extensive professional sales experience working with specifiers, wholesale distributors, manufacturers, electrical contractors and end-users.

    Established in 2001, Encelium specializes in integrated lighting control systems for commercial buildings. The technology company's hallmark Energy Control SystemTM (ECS), which is the most advanced lighting control solution on the market, has been proven to secure lighting energy savings of 50 to 75 percent in a wide range of commercial applications.     Prior to joining Encelium, Hyland served as director of energy reduction solutions for Elite Power, Inc., a full-service electrical contracting firm based in Sacramento. In this role, he was responsible to all aspects of the company's lighting and control business line, including retrofits. Previously, Hyland was a controls sales manager at Acuity Brands Controls and has held the position of outside sales with Associated Lighting Representatives, Graybar Electric, Pacific Electric Supply and City Electric Supply.
