  • Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) December 13, 2011 - Dave Hansen played professional baseball for 15 years and 10 of those years were with the Los Angeles Dodgers organization. Dave was known for being an excellent hitter and an all-around great utility player. Dave is now responsible for overlooking and improving the offensive batting of the Los Angeles Dodgers organization, which includes the likes of James Loney, Andre Ethier and Matt Kemp. As a father of a youth player, Dave understands the game of youth baseball and knows what it takes to develop good habits at a young age that could someday translate to playing in the big leagues.

The winter camp will have two sessions, grouped by age divisions. There is limited space available, so we recommend signing up online at www.missionviejopony.org. All players from Little League, Pony League, Club Teams or Travel Ball ages 7 - 15 are welcome to sign-up.

The cost to attend the 3 day camp is only $125 and includes a camp t-shirt, a camp photo and a signed autograph of Dave Hansen. The camp is sponsored by Mission Viejo Pony Baseball. Mission Viejo Pony Baseball is for players ages 7 - 14 years of age who live in Mission Viejo or surrounding cities. Players play baseball using real MLB rules and some age appropriate modifications.
