    THE CONVENTION
A recent survey conducted on the state of customer experience indicated that today lack of clear strategy, processes and cooperation across an organization has emerged as the key challenge faced by Indian companies. Keeping this as the fundamental base, the theme for the seventh edition of the Custommerce National Convention, 2011 is themed as 'Customer Experience Matters'. The convention will have leading practitioners and professionals addressing the participants. The sessions will closely examine 'Customer Experience Strategies' and address it from different perspectives.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ramesh Venkateswaran, Chairman - Custommerce & Visiting Professor at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore & SDM Institute for Management Development said, "The incorporation of Custommerce as an independent entity enables us to widen our footprint and reach many non-traditional verticals as well. With support from members, the industry and media - we are positive that Custommerce will play a crucial role in defining the service delivery mechanism of corporate India."

As one of the leading players in Customer Interaction Management, we will continue to support the foundation to drive service delivery and enhance the customer experience."
