The award was presented by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA) at a gala event at the Crown Palladium, Melbourne on 7th October, 2014. The Customer Service Institute of Australia is part of the International Council of Customer Service Organisations (ICCSO), which has members across the world.

    The International Service Excellence Award showcases the highest achievement in customer service excellence. The Awards recognise, promote and reward service excellence, professionalism and outstanding achievement by individuals and organizations across the globe.
