Mark Oros, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Kansas University and has passed the Illinois CPA exam, has held various positions within business and finance for more than twenty years now.
As the current director of US&C business management for his company, Mr. Oros has led several cross-functional teams, mentors team members, and developed skills and confidence in employees in order to examine work processes, create solutions, and measures improvements. Over the past two decades, he has worked with multiple mid-level and senior level management personnel with different styles and needs, making him a great team player with strong adaptability skills.
"I've always possessed a strong aptitude for numbers and analysis," Mr. Oros said. "Throughout my career I have been blessed by having strong managers who took an interest in mentoring and helping me to develop my skills."
Mr. Oros does not believe that jobs titles are important, but that responsibilities are. He hopes to be viewed and respected as a leader in the organization and counted on for his input into the decisions that will form and shape the organization going forward.
Mr. Oros is two-time recipient of the Bell and Howell President's Award Club for outstanding achievement in service.
