Yanke's commitment to excellence in Construction and Painting.
Jeffrey J. Yanke, who holds a BS in Education from the University of Wisconsin, became a licensed Craftsman Painter through Pro Trade, LLC in 2013. Having worked as an educator for 10 years and in various positions, including as a chapel clerk for the following few years, his experience doing administrative work made him a good candidate for his current position.
Since January 2013, Mr. Yanke has been working for his organization as their executive administrator, managing the office. His responsibilities include making sure work assignments are handed out daily, making sure all paperwork is completed by the supervisors, setting up in-services for the staff, doing estimates, attending meetings and sessions with other contractors, and running errands to pick up supplies for the CEO.
"I am very in tune with attention to detail and following rules," Mr. Yanke said, noting his public speaking and leadership skills. "I work to maintain the policies we have and if they aren't working than I do my best to change them rather than disobey them."
Working for a new company and demographic in an entirely different field has been quite inspiring for Mr. Yanke. It has given him a renewed energy to continue in this line of work and is eager about the future of his position. He plans to attain numerous certifications in different areas, including asbestos and lead safe, and to do more networking with various types of companies to find partnerships to improve the company. Mr. Yanke is a current and active member with Painting and Decorating Contractors of America.
