The company has acquired Technical Systems Integrators LLC (TSI), a Georgia-based Education Solutions Company, and New York-based Keenan and Keenan Group, (KKG), an Education Consulting Company for US$ 20 million. The two companies have a combined turnover of USD 25 million, with an average EBIT margin of 16 percent.

    Both the companies combined together cater to the needs of about 1,500,000 students across 1,500 schools in the US.Announcing the acquisitions, Mr. Sanjeev Mansotra, CMD of CPTL, said: "This is a major step for us towards consolidating our position as market leaders in the Education Space in the United States. The combined offerings from these companies compliment and supplement our own bouquet thus positioning us among the very few companies in the US capable of providing end-to-end solutions to the K-12 and Higher Education markets."

    TSI, in operation since 2002, provides Education Solutions and IT services, with primary focus on the sales, delivery, installation and management of advanced technology assets towards the K-12 and Higher Education markets. TSI assists customers in Cloud Computing, Virtualization, selecting systems, designing networks, integrating with educational infrastructure, planning and managing networks and other infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

    The company is also into providing Asset Recovery and Disaster Recovery Solutions to the Education sector.
