  • Cheyenne, WY (1888PressRelease) May 12, 2011 - Graduates from CollegeAmerica will don caps and gowns Saturday, May 21, to receive their college diplomas. The graduates join the thousands of alumni who have received career training from CollegeAmerica through degree programs in healthcare, information technology, business, and graphic arts.

CollegeAmerica has experienced a steady increase in enrollment as more Americans return to school. The number of CollegeAmerica graduates is expected to grow as well, as more students seek to further their careers by earning degrees from accredited institutions.

The graduating class includes Travis Kuhlman, a certified nursing assistant for 20 years before deciding that he wanted to earn his college degree in phlebotomy. Kuhlman received exceptional grades, despite having to balance school with work and raising a daughter on his own. He will be one of two student speakers at the ceremony.

"Having finally earned my college degree has boosted my self-esteem immensely. But more importantly, I feel like I can be the role model my teenage daughter needs. I think seeing the benefit of the hard work I've put into my degree shows her that graduating from college is the key to a better life," said Kuhlman.
