Three individuals from the (Coldwell Banker Innovations) CBI team were also awarded annual prestigious awards at the Pen-Mar Regional Association of Realtors Membership Meeting for their outstanding contributions.
The individuals from Coldwell Banker Innovations that were honored at the meeting, included, Debbie Vinson, Linda Wigfield, and Frank Getz. Deb Vinson earned the John Younkins Memorial Award, which was established in 1984. This award is given to an individual who pursues high ethical and moral standards in the attainment of professionalism in real estate and service to the community. Vinson has been licensed since 2000, and she serves as chair of the Rookie Society Committee. The Distinguished Service Award was presented to Linda Wigfield.
