The ICA aims to educate insurance professionals in areas surrounding Life and Health claim issues, including the day-to-day operation of claim departments.

    This year's focus includes sessions on Life & Annuity, Disability, Health & Long- term care (LTC), Fraud & Risk Management, and Leading Practices.

    The focus of the ICA is to educate attendees on managing claims, rather than solely focusing on the claim process.
