Children Of The Track: Denton's Junior Roller Derby League Breaks Out
Young skaters have been training hard for months, and are more than ready to bring the action to the public: Get ready for the Rolling Rebellion to knock some socks off with their debut bout after Denton County Outlaws warm up the floor.

On Saturday, September 29th 2012, House of Quad will be honored to host a double header featuring North Texas' first junior derby league, the Rolling Rebellion, in their introductory bout against the Tulsa Derby Brats.
Doors open at 5:45, with a starting whistle at 6:30. The first event of the evening features the Denton County Outlaws vs OKC Wolf Pack. Watch the boys tear up the track, and remember to lift your beer if a wild skate comes shooting out of the melee at you.
The little ones head up the big event: the sassy and brassy Rolling Rebellion make their public debut with the help of the tough-as-nails Tulsa Derby Brats. It's anyone's guess as to who will be left rolling at the end of a rough- and-tumble 40 minutes.
All events are BYOB (no glass, 21+ only with alcohol please) and BYO chair. Children 12 and under are free. Join skaters and fans for the after party at the Abbey Underground on the historic Denton Square.
