Charleston Mayor Participates In TV PSA To Promote Buying Local

Riley, Jr., took part in a Lowcountry Local First (LLF) PSA that Hartley's company shot on Monday, November 1, 2010. The PSA will promote Buy Local Month, November 15-December 15, which encourages buying local through various events and promotions. The Buy Local Card will also be introduced in the television spot. The card provides incentives to buying from locally owned businesses in Charleston.
