Hladio has donated a two-day workshop to the student leadership team of Paul Quinn College (PQC) in Dallas, Texas. She will be on campus at the historically black college August 23rd and 24th.

    As a seasoned consultant and workplace expert with a degree from Western Illinois University, Hladio will impart a little knowledge from her more than 15 years of experience in the world of business to the PQC students. The workshop will include discussion about what it means to be a student leader at PQC, highlighting insights to communication styles, teamwork, and planning for the future.

    "I hope I can provide a little something extra to help these young, burgeoning leaders become confident Ember Carriers in all of their career endeavors," Hladio said.

    As they were for ancient tribal peoples, "ember carriers" are the entrusted leaders who keep the embers of hope, inspiration and success alive within themselves and in their teams.
