CASTINGHUB member Kayla Williams, at just the age 13, has signed with USA Models. When Kayla auditioned for CASTINGHUB just 1 month ago, a commercial networking service for those looking to break into the entertainment industry, her dramatic flair and natural acting ability was easy to see.

Karen Dubose-Williams, Kayla's mother shared her story, "Kayla responded to an audition for a Bike Commercial on CASTINGHUB. When we emailed the agency regarding the commercial --this was for an agency called USA Models. This is how we met the owner Debby Hocking. She saw Kayla's headshots and spoke with her from afar and wanted to meet her. We arranged a meeting within about 2 weeks and Debby said she had many commercials coming up and wanted Kayla to do an audition. So, off we drove to Southfield, Michigan about 300 miles away. When we got there, she gave us a scenario and Kayla had to write and present her own cold reading 30 seconds. She created on called Summer Camp and did an excellent job acting it out, with lots of drama, being the drama queen she is! The casting director said Kayla was superior and must have tons of experience... (She has very little) and handed us a contract for 3 years."

Being signed with an agency is a great first step for any young model. Being able to have a professional see that they have potential and marketability is so important to someone just starting out in the entertainment industry. But the good news just keeps on coming for Kayla. She was recently contacted by Heyman Talent, in Cincinnati, for a talent meeting for possible representation.
