Caledon Park Estates features 29 country estate residences on magnificent lots two to three acres in size. In keeping with its vision for a premiere estate community, Alliance Homes is offering a great deal of flexibility. Clients can work from existing floor plans - which range from a 2,046-square-foot, three-bedroom bungalow to a 6,100-square-foot, five-bedroom two storey - or customize a floor plan to suit their needs, or work with an architect to design a custom home. Prices vary from the $800's to more than $1 million.
Standard interior features for floor plan models include granite kitchen countertops, custom-made maple cabinetry throughout, nine-foot ceilings with cornice moldings and transom windows on the main floor. Clients also have the choice of imported ceramic tile, slate and hardwood floorings as well as 50-ounce broadloom, finished fireplaces and cold cellars. Optional upgrades include a home theatre room, sun room or granny flat.
Each home in Caledon Park Estates is built in order to ensure the best fit with the land it occupies, rather than trying to change the land to fit the home. "We were very involved in studying the makeup of this environmentally sensitive space and we will be endeavoring to ensure that what we build enhances the natural beauty of the land," says MacFarlane.
