The selection recognizes Ted Bagley's commitment to excellence in Pharmaceutical and Human Resources.

Bagley, who holds a BS in Business from Franklin Business Law School and an MS in Psychological Counseling, began working in 1978 with General Electric in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After twenty-five impressive years with the company, he accepted a position with his current organization in 2000.

As vice-president of human resources for global operations, Bagley oversees acquisitions and human resource generalist work, which includes communications, compensation and benefits, labor relations, succession planning, coaching/counseling, organizational restructure, staffing and talent management.

Crediting labor relations and human resource experience to his professional success, Bagley also attributes the willingness to attain experience whenever and wherever he could and having the flexibility to move anywhere in the country as major contributors as well.

"I love people and helping them reach their full potential," Bagley said. "People are the most important part of any business equation. Those companies who realize that fact and act upon it will be farther advanced than those who ignore it."

Currently a board member for Moorpark College Foundation, Bagley is the recipient of a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star during time served in the US Army. He was also selected to serve in the prestigious Honor Guard in Arlington, Virginia. He's authored two books, The Tragedy of Darkness and My Personal War Within.
