Jones-Foster, who holds a Bachelor's Degree in Black and Hispanic Studies and American History from CUNY, a Master's in Secondary Education from the New School for Social Research and a Master's Degree in Administration from Mercy College, began working in the field twenty-one years ago as a volunteer.
