    Parisi-Carew, who holds a Bachelor's Degree and Psychology, a Master's Degree in Higher Education, followed by an EdD in Behavioral Sciences, has over thirty-two years experience in her field.

    Beginning her career as a behavioral scientist in the late 1970s, Parisi-Carew co-founded, along with seven of her colleagues, her thirty-year-old international training and consulting firm, boasting 350 employees with presence in seventeen countries. She participates in product development, acts as a senior consultant, and researcher for the Office of the Future, which studies trends and how they are and will impact their business and that of their clients.

    Hoping to return her focus to individual development, Parisi-Carew said, "I'd like to create environments where people can blossom and be magnificent. I'd also like to focus on women and leadership." She recently developed a one-stop resource website for women with one of her partners, offering seminars, articles, associations, and various other services. She was also recently selected to be a part of a research project on aging in women.

    Parisi-Carew is an instructor at the University of San Diego. She co-authored two best selling books, titled One Minute Manager Builds High Performing Teams and High Five: The Magic of Working Together, and she is currently working on her third, In Her Own Voice. She's also written numerous articles in her field. She is a member of the NTL Institute, which specializes in the use of the small group as a unit for personal and organizational change. She also volunteers for Women in Action and Reins Therapeutic Riding Program. In her free time, Eunice enjoys horseback riding.
