The New Year will bring the 20th annual Race For A Cure, bringing together thousands of non-profit organizations and foundations for the awareness of breast cancer and its survivors.
Breast cancer is the leading cause of death for women ages 40-59, according to the Susan G. Komen For A Cure foundation. The disease affects millions of families but with proper knowledge women can protect themselves with early detection.
