The firm selected Asentinel's BPO/Outsourced TEM Platform and Service Solution for both fixed and mobile telecom assets.
The selection of Asentinel was the result of a competitive RFP process for this first-time user of a comprehensive TEM solution. The Asentinel application and solution delivery team will support thousands of mobile devices and a well-established global fixed network with services that include invoice, inventory and procurement management as well as analytics, optimization and performance management.
